If you can not pick it up when it is in game, ask here to make sure it is actually implemented. We can advise you then.

Sometimes the message can be confusing. If your client/the system not taking your 2FA code, consider that there may be a sync problem. Google google authenticator problems fr some help. There are various lockouts for repeated failures. Have a look at the above, come back if you have no solution.

You did not state which realm that you are playing on. The quest is not available until Patch 1.8

In-gane ticket - a GM will have to move you out of that spot. The Stuck choice does not work at present. You do not have to be on-line for the GM to help.
