It may be corrupted. Where is it, in /Programs? have you tried running it as administrator, are you trying to run it in compatibility mode. You are not trying to run if from an archive?

You have tried too many times with a "bad" result. Request its removal. Although the 2FA removal is "broken" now, a fix is anticipated quite soon.

Yes, they're rebuilding some ticket/mail etc stacks. There may have been the cause of some disappearing mail that has been troublesome for a while now, and stop future tickets disappearing problems. But, you are aware, so if the ticket disappears then send another. Is this heat, no. But it's the best we/they can do within the limitations of the system.

Welcome to private servers, sorry but do them again. There may have been a small roll-back.

Hacked character

The character restoration software that we have now will be very unlikely to be able to retrieve any character that old, assuming that they were actually transferred. You were robbed, there were no good solutions. They chose the least bad system, many were disappointed. But, really, they were migrating many characters, they did not have time to discuss every one. They had to make some choices. You and others were disappointed, others were pleasantly surprised.

There were some decisions taken with name clashes on merging the servers, is that what you are referring to? GMs do not remove names from characters to give to others.

I am unsure if this is a bug, or it is a weirdness that is happening - if you allow the distinction. Sometimes these glitches are fixed when the server restarts. However, please report it on Bug tracker.
