Sorry, one must be wrong, I would guess that it's the email. We can not help without the Username and password, or the username and email. Try to make a new account using the email that you believe is correct. That might help to check the email, if it is in use.

Try again, check for added spaces etc.

Copy the name Go to the Control Panel - click the link FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD. Paste in the Username, add the email that you used when you set up the account, click the I'm not a robot box and an email should arrive at your email.

One, you can not change the email address, it's not permitted and it's not EVER done. Two, if you have still got WoW installed, in the World of Warcraft folder, there is a folder called WTF, inside that is a folder called accounts, inside that is a folder with your account name.

The guild leadership can be moved. The ticket system can be slow for specialised requests but it is the only way for this to happen.

There are several connectivity problems from some US ISPs/routes on some servers. I have moved your post, it's not an in-game problem. Specify your server and location/ISP.

Are you sure that you are looking on the correct server/realm? https://forum.elysium-project.org/topic/47158-character-restoration-overview/ is possible but check the other servers first.

Basically, you're wasting your time posting. IF - and I have no knowledge regarding this, not even a hint - they do allow/write the software for one-off realm changes then they will announce it. Until then, sorry.
