	OK, there is a policy that names are not changed except if the contravene the ToU. The policy is firm. I would not advocate this, but a GM MAY - but is really UNLIKELY - to cane your name. You can TRY an in-game ticket. You are most likely wasting your time.

	I am sorry, it is not possible to move characters. The move from Zeth was a one off occurrence in bulk. Individual moves are not offered.

	You should be removing them from the expanded files, not a compressed version.

	Try a new character on Elysium., try removing the WDB folder. Try removing, at least temporarily, World of Warcraft/WTF folder.

	Your only solution is to remove 2FA. Unfortunately, the software is broken. You really should have saved that code. In the future, Authy for similar will help you. You have thrown away the door key.

	Your only route to getting this item restored is using the procedure mentioned in the procedure that you copied. AFAIK, although I could be wrong, a character's quest status can only be determined while they are on line. Only a "few" GMs can restore items. Other GMs can check for eligibility. From time to time, the system seems to think one thing while displaying another. Please wait out this ticket. Edit it to add your times that you may be on line. If this fails, come back here. Thanks.

	Without the user name, it's not really possible to help. if you still have WoW installed, the WTF/Accounts/ will have a folder with the User name. maybe a backup.

	GMs can not fix bugs. Developers can. There is a too long list of bugs to be fixed. It's on the list. really, there's not a "bump" system. Sometimes I wish there was.

	Try deleting the Blizzard addon World of Warcraft/Interface/Addons/Blizzard_AuctionUI - while exited from WoW, deleting the WDB folder never hurts either. It's a guess. I just have not heard of this nor can I find anything that looks relevant on Google. Hopefully someone else can help.

If you have the QR code, you can use it on an authenticator on a new phone. If you do not have the QR code, https://forum.elysium-project.org/forum/491-2fa-removal-requests/ BUT, at present, there 2FA removal is not available. - 
	I would hope that you have reported this as a bug, the floaty bit at least. I am unsure where the dividing line between a normal game mechanic and an exploit is for this case.

	As a general principle, multiboxing is handled through in-game tickets as mentioned. Any evidence should be either on the ticked or uploaded and the link added to the ticket. Do not warn or interfere with multi boxers or bots beyond a very mild degree, you can warn them and disrupt a hidden GM testing/observing them. Tickets will and do frequently take some time to answer. The multi boxer will likely still be around the next day. If you send a video, add the names to the ticket anyway, they are not always easily readable on videos.

	Make sure that the client you downloaded was 1.12.1. People have been known to download others. If you are on Windows, make sure that the World of Warcraft folder is not in Programs, the desktop is fine. If you are on a Mac, make sure that the World of Warcraft folder and its contents are not write protected (Getinfo) Open the World of Warcraft folder - delete the WDB folder, it is cache and will rebuild. Open the file realmlist.wtf with a text editor (NotePad/TextEdit) Make sure that the realmlist.wtf's CONTENTS are ONLY set realmlist logon.elysium-project.org Save the file and re-open it to check that it saved. There is a folder called WFT, open that, delete the file called Config.wtf if it is present. Usually good at this stage If you have followed ALL of these steps, you can try restarting your router then ask again.

	You are probably too far, from a connection point of view and have to go through through too many intermediates to expect much more. You could try VPNs or other techniques..
