You have a problem if you have lost the QR code. You have to apply for the 2FA to be removed. At present, this is not possible due to technical problems. There is no other way.

IP lock is a variant of 2FA, after your crash, the IP may have changed. You need to use your authenticator to log in.

You can't change the 2FA code. Did you have 2FA before your crash?

Logout on the sidebar then use the mailed link again. It's far from intuitive.

Working normally for me. Have you tried another browser? have you cleared your browser's caches? You need to use your game account at Control Panel and your forum account to log into the forum. Something that's not always obvious.

Log checks are done by GMs via in-game ticket. There are known problems with items being lost in the mail, https://github.com/elysium-project/server/issues/599 You are strongly advised not to use mail addons. Postal is known to have problems. I hope that the GMs can help, that is the route to go at this stage.

Give it an hour. Check on Discord to see if Elysium is having problems, if it is not. Try again. There are errors situations where the wrong message is sent.

Wait until you get access to the control panel. If there are still problems, ask again.

Two possibilities then If you can not see then but another can, it's a UI weirdness If neither can, then it's an AH weirdness.

OK Are you using an AH add-on? Are the items being returned as unsold? Can a friend see your items?
