People are never banned for no reason. It may be an error but there is always a reason. See the sticky at the top of the topic list? Follow the link there.

Neither do we, we have no idea of your account or character names. An in-game ticket may be useful. Your account may have been hacked and stripped.

You asked two questions Why i am I being directed to a Blizzard address - because those are built into the client. Why does it say that I am banned- it may be a bug. Try later. If not, ban appeals. -

Because the client is an unchanged Blizzard client and ha no knowledge of other servers. It may be an incorrect error message. -

Bumping it gets nothing done, bumping it on bug tracker gets you removed from the site. -
I am sorry, for security reasons you must have the account name and either the registered email address or the password. If your WoW has not been reinstalled since you last played, look in your WoW folder, the WTF folder there has a folder called accounts. Look in there for a folder with each account name.

This is a know problem. It is being worked on by the developers and SysAdmins. We do not have a timeframe for a fix.
