That message is a notice of a ban. Some of these bans are by the GMs, others by software. I have no idea which yours was caused by. We NEVER discuss bans outside https://forum.elysium-project.org/forum/351-ban-appeals/ . Please make a new topic there. It can only be seen by yourself and those who sort through these matter.

There are some severe routing problems between some US ISPs and Elysium. The team are aware. At this stage there is no solution offered/suggested. A recented poster could connect really badly through his ISP but normally via a WiFi hotspot,, using a different ISP/route.

The team are looking into it. They have no control offer many aspects of the interconnection issues. Discord has news from time to time. We're sorry.

There are severe problems accessing through several US ISPs. It's known. Another thing to try is to restart your router.

Yes, I was just about to post there myself. So, it's known about. Hopefully some kind of solution will be thought of. I believe proxies were used not so long ago, but I was unaware of the details.

Please don't post account details here.. At this stage I would try to make a new account at that email. If it is rejected, a new email will be needed. I suggest a gmail one. Then make a new email/password. We can't retrieve account names/passwords except as I have advised. Anything else would have the potential for abuse. The forum password/account name does not have to match the game account details.

Anecdotally, some US based ISPs seem to have had extreme lag. I am UK based, servers are in France Ana 27ms Elsy 22ms Darr 26ms So, I would guess it's ISP related,. Several US residents have reported 200ms or thereabouts.

On Anathema, I am getting 27ms, from the UK, server in France. I have spoken to someone I know on the west coast of the US, 200ish. It may well be your ISP.

I am not so sure that it has happened, certainly this is not current policy. Sadly there are a huge number of names blocked by unused characters. Unless the Lead Team decide to remove those accounts, you are out of luck. In any event, the GMs can not change names, they can just force a user to change their name when they next log on. Sorry.
