The servers have been recently lagging due to collection of data regarding possible optimisation. That may have been the lag. The above steps by and large are regarding your end of the connection. Restarting your router may help. Other problems may be tour ISP, the general Internet or us. However, I can log onto all those servers with no more lag than usual.

Hello, go to the control panel. Add the User name and click on the FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD link. This takes you to a page where you can request an email reset the password. If it accepts the user name and email, you can just change the password to that which you thought it was. When you get the email, before you click on the link, make sure that you have logged off the websites main page in the side bar. If it does not work, come back to us.

I am unsure which script that you run. It is essential that the WDB folder is deleted while WoW is not running. The pictures that you post are very suggestive of a cache problem. if that has happened, a bug report is needed.

The developers both in-house and open source are fairly well aware of the priorities. Unfortunately they have to allocate their time. It's a balancing act between many calls on their time. For example, some might be worried about the Black Lotus and others just don't care. <--example, not actual. There is also that some fixes need further investigation and testing. We have had a few episodes of fixes released that actually don't, or cause other effects. It MAY be better for the developers to fix 50 trivial bugs than one big one "this week", but that's a guess. Usually it is a big fix or more with added smaller ones. I do know that the priorities are flexible, but there is no room, IMO, for an up voting system. However, that's my opinions. If you feel stingily about this, the suggestions forum is the place for this type of request.

At this stage, make an in-game ticket and explain the circumstances. If you wish to expand past a ticket's content, write it up on, say, paste bin and add the link to a brief summary. A GM of sufficient seniority can examine your quest record and determine what help, if any, they can provide. Recording of events/quests can get out of sync around a crash. Few if any private servers have the logging ability that Blizzard has/had. Good luck

There are no character transfers available. Nor will there be in the foreseeable future.

The cause of the crashes varies. It is fairly obvious that, for a variety of reasons, the Elysium realm is more prone to these problems. There may be some technical explanations at times but really the debs/sysadmins have little time for that. It will take serious amount of donations to update hardware etc. Please consider donating.

The server status page will often show a realm as "up" when it isn't. It's a fault of the webpage programming. It's on the to fix list.

Really, add your comment to the bugtracker issue. That's where this kind of problem is dealt with.

This can only be fixed by a GM via an in-game ticket. So doubt that they will, but you can ask.

Firstly, there can be a time sync problem between the device you have the authenticator on. I will assume that you are using Google authenticator. Google google authenticator problems Follow the advice there. If the does not help, https://forum.elysium-project.org/forum/491-2fa-removal-requests/

It may be that your email is tied up in your spam detector system on your computer, check the junk mail box. It may be that your email provider thinks the email is spam. Some email providers can take 24 hours for these mails to come through. Tit maybe that you made a typing error in entering the email address.

Yes . Go to the control panel and log in to the account that you want to know the email address of. Click the link to reset your password. It will send an email to the registered address. It will also display the address. You do not need to act on this email.

This is not an unusual problem. The quest scripting for abandoned chains is not perfect. A GM of sufficient rank can give you the item/fix the problem. As such higher ranked GMs are more than busy, there may be a wait for your in-game ticket to be answered.

Sorry, I am afraid that you will just have to wait out the ticket queue. I personally keep an alt or two to play on when I encounter similar problems.

If you alt-F4 from the game, the server thinks that you are still there. It can take sometimes 10+ minutes for the system to realise that you are gone.

As @Phoosy has said, I think this thread has outlived its usefulness.
