Look at the replies in this forum. Not knocking the GMs, some of them work very, very hard. There are just not enough of them, especially when this kind of thing happens. Multiply your problem by a "few" more. It's a problem.

GMs respond to in-game tickets. The number of them that watch the forums would seem to be low. You may be lucky, but...
-
No, they 100% refuse to change emails (not sure if they even can). No exceptions, however justified.

Make sure that you are not running it from the Programs folder. Make sure it is not in compatibility mode. Double click the .exe file, not a shortcut or launcher. Otherwise, download a new copy, yours may be corrupt.

Arcanite Barding somehow removed from inventory
Spionida replied to Rogest's topic in Help & Support
Not sure why tickets are not replied to. It may be that the problem has been escalated, not all GMs can restore items. -

In-game ticket is the only possible way for this to be restored. -
/script LeaveParty() into chat often works.

Maybe the name and/or password that you put in are not the ones that you originally entered. I would try again, and if that fails, ty again with another email (gmail works), username and password.
-
Hopefully you have got on-line by now.
-
The realm status page is very often wrong. Discord is a more reliable source of information.

There have been many raid problems. The GMs that can fix these problems are working as hard as they can. An in-game ticket is the way to go.

There have been server problems. Keep trying. Check on Discord/Twitter to see what is wrong.

Elysium: Forever "Retrieving Character List"

There have been server problems. I suggest that you try again. -
many people have messed up raid IDs. An in-game ticket is the only way to proceed, if there is in fact a solution.
-
An in-game ticket is needed. A GM will have to fix the quest chain/quest item. AFAIK, you have to be on-line for tis to happen. If you are playing on an alt, add its name to the ticket.

Is it possible to get a character name change?
Spionida replied to Blitzjg's topic in Help & Support
They do not offer that service. -

In-game ticket. A GM is needed to provide any kind of solution if one is possible.
-
No, they do not provide that service.

I take it that you have tight clicked the chat window tabs and checked the items selected there. If so, try toggling a few choices on and off. Also, if you have any chat add ons, including spam filters, try disabling them.
-
You need an in-game ticket for this. A GM will have to examine your quest history.

Run out of ideas, sorry.

When you launch WoW, before you press the Login button, what realm is written below the terms of Use button on the bottom right?
-
Are you running WoW from from Programs folder, don't Make sure that you are running as an administrator If you are running it in compatibility mode, switch that off.

Delete the folder inside your World of Warcraft folder named WDB. Inside the folder named WFT in your World of Warcraft folder, delete the file named Config.WTF. Launch WoW. Login. Be care flu to choose the real that you wish presented with a choice, do not take the default choice.
