We don't know which server that you are playing on. Not 100% sure about 1.7 info, that was when the reward changed, I think.

It will only respond so many times before it gives that reply. AFAIK, the block is IP based. Wait an hour or so and try again.

That usually happens if the email has an account attached or the account name is already in use.

What you are asking for is for the GMs to rebuild your character. i.e. create a new character and level, xp, equip/quest complete. I really do not think that that is going to happen. -

I assume that you mean the realmlist.wtf file is set to logon.elysium-project.org. Delete the Config.wtf file in the WTF folder. Delete the WDB folder.

IN-game ticket. A GM can usually reset the position.

The GMs can replace those items. You need an in-game ticket. AFAIK, the GM will have to watch you delete the item and can replace it with a new copy. It may be worth clearing your WDB folder first. -
I would suggest editing your current ticket with that info. G/L

The quest and its difficulties are "Blizz-like". It was a very difficult quest in the day. To change that behaviour, try the Suggestions forum.

You need evidence. And to submit that evidence as a link/links on a ticket. It is rare that the GMs can act on these matters in the short term. -

I don't think that it is the presence or absence of being in-game, it's the closing of his ticket, twice, with no communication. A reply of the type, "please edit your ticket to give some available times that you will be on-line" would be the way to go, IMO.

Reading here and Discord, together with my own experiences in-game, it is obvious that there are too few GMs and/or a poor skill mix to provide an adequate service. That's not to criticise individual GM's efforts, far from it. It's a system failure.

You do seem to have cause for complaint. Closing a ticket without any communication is poor practice. Saying that, it does happen. What was the response on the ticket that was answered, out of curiosity?

I guess that you will have to hope that a GM comes to your help again. It's known that respawns etc can occur with GM clears or partial clears. AFAIK, GMs can't fix Raid IDs. although I am not certain. Hope you get some help.
