It is incredibly risky to post credentials like that. If you registered with the wrong email, you will have to start again with a new account name, password and hopefully the correct email. You can not change the email. If it's the right email, your email provider may be blocking.

In-game ticket. GMs rarely visit this forum. But now I see it, I can fix it. It is rare that you are lucky.

GMs can not alter or otherwise manipulate Raid IDs. The SysAdmins are aware, We await a solution.

You have posted on bug tracker. That is where bugs are fixed. They are not fixed here. The people who fix bugs do not usually read these forums.

Or, as on Elysium, in-game ticket and ask for a GM to make that guld for you. On the ticket, proposed Guild name with alternative.

Then send a new one from the control panel every hour. Please consider searching, there is post after posy after post on the exact same problem.

It is policy to restore quest reward items only. Not a GM's idea. It is the policy agreed by those who run the servers. If we make an exception for one, we have to make an exception for all. So, sorry, no.

Something went wrong is likely too many requests from an IP in a short period. It works flawlessly. Except if you have a "bad" email provided. Or mistype the account name and password that you thought that you remembered. Havinga Notepad document with the account ahem, password and email address is useful. Also, search in this forum.
