Some types of help can be quicker. Lots of good advice on the forums. However specific manipulation of items has to be done by a GM. Some GMs read Discord and here, but the best way t get attention is through tickets. The notice that you get when you post a ticket is a little misleading IMO.

If you abandon the quest and take it again, this often fixes these glitches.

Realm players has been found to be easily "fooled". There's a procedure. Fulfil it and get loot, don't and you're unlikely to be helped. Many guilds take these precautions against looting failures.

Fairly sure that unable to loot because too far away is "game mechanics". However, GM ticket is the only way to go.

Realm status is very frequently inaccurate.

If you think that you have found a bug, report it on github. Bugs are not corrected from the forums.

There is nothing that can be done here. It's an in-game ticket matter.

Try replacing set realmlist logon.elysium-project.org with set realmlist 164.132.233.125 in your realmlist.wtf file I have read that this worked for others. No idea really.

There are quests with bugs, but you won't report them?

There can be times where the few people who can restart servers are not available. Also, times when the few people allowed to make announcements are available.

That's the only way you will get the problem looked at. Or at least "they" say it is.

This is the advice for people whose accounts have been hacked. That leads on to those items that they will restore.

You are asking in the wrong place. Either this is an item that you should have got, in which case an in-game ticket is the way to get a GM to give you the item, or it is a bug that needs to be reported on https://github.com/elysium-project/server/issues.

From what I have heard in previous similar episodes. ot all GMs can restore items, only a small proportion. Mostly they add an item to a list. To restore an item, a GM of sufficient seniority has to catch you on line and check that you have done that quest. They have to check that you have none of the possible rewards from that quest. They have to check that you have not had an item from the possible rewards restored before. Only then can they restore the item. What could have "gone wrong"? The GM who listed your item for restoration should have let you know that they had listed it. Maybe they forgot to do this. They may have put the wrong details on the list. Virtually impossible to work out who a misspelled name might be. The list may have errored, it's software. The item may have been sent and the mailing system failed. I am sure that there are other possible points of failure. So, resend your ticket. Don't attribute malice where there is no evidence. It may be that there are too few GMs trying to do their volunteer job. But that's another matter.
