Which community was your account with? If Nostalrius: Not possible unless you merged your account to Elysium when that was offered, in which case the characters will be on your account on the Anathema or Darrowshire realm. If Elysium: If you had a character on Zeth'Kur it will most likely be on Anathema now, unless you did the quest to pick Darrowshire before the server was shut down. Your account is most likely still here, if you can't remember the password; Issue a password reset for your account on the web control panel, if you had 2FA enabled and have lost your authentication you will have to request it to be removed here

You should be able to get it back from Lieutenant Haggerdin outside the AV entrance in Hillsbrad. If that fails GM's can restore it for you, send an in-game ticket.

Which realm are you on?

What OS are you running? What is your current default sound output device? What are you using to connect your current speakers? Is your monitor connected through HDMI?

If you haven't deleted the client since last you played, you'll be able to find that yourself. Go to your WTF folder > Account > Account name > Realm name, and it will list individual folders with settings for each character you played on that realm under that account. Should give you a solid indication as to which account the character is on. If you locate the right account and find that the character has somehow been deleted Go here and follow the instructions If you're still unable to locate the right account, send an in-game ticket and include as much evidence as possible to prove that you are in fact the owner of that account. However, keep in mind that this still might not be enough as the staff here does not have a habit of handing out account details.

Sorry my friend, the Elysium staff does not restore lost/deleted gear unless its a quest item that your character previously had or if its a bugged out raid drop.

Elysium's server core is open source, meaning anyone can get it or contribute to it on their github. The fact that they have a cash shop and have to use a repack made by someone else instead of doing it themselves should make it pretty clear that these people have nothing to do with the Elysium project.

Send the GM's an in-game ticket, they'll be able to help you out. You should also include some pictures of the quest being marked completed without you having item in the ticket.

The staff here will not transfer guild leaderships, you're better off making a new guild.

It won't show the increased time on its tooltip, but the duration of the buff should be longer.
