That's probably true. But you don't know until you try. Help out the cause, next time you're on Darrowshire, put the word out on the World chat. I plan on doing the same. Also, I'm not on "the reddit", nor do I have any desire to start, so if someone could make a post about the poll there, that would be awesome. (or just make the same poll there, I don't care... does reddit even do polls?)

Honestly, I've never played PvP... because that's not my playing style... so therefore I never complained about ganking. Like I said in my Q&A reply that you probably just read and commented on... it's about choice. I don't think I'm any kind of special snowflake... I just don't want to have to deal with PvP... period.

Voicing your opinion for something you want is never a waste of time. It's not like I'm demanding anything unreasonable, just looking for community feedback.

For giggles, have you tried adjusting the sensitivity of the wheel in your mouse settings?

Authy is your best bet... since it has a cloud backup feature that Google Auth does not. This way, if you lose/break/sell your device, you can install Authy on the new one and restore your 2FA from the cloud backup.

I'm on Spectrum as well and have been playing for 2 months without receiving any such notice. As others have said, it's more than likely from when you were pulling down the client via Torrent. While it might be considered "bad manners" to the torrent community, the best thing to do is stop seeding as soon as a download finishes. To the site mods & Gods... Would it be difficult to have the client on Usenet in addition to Torrents? While I'm sure there ARE copies of the client on usenet, who knows if they are legit or riddled with malware. A choice for downloading methods would be nice. (For those that don't know... Usenet servers are mostly private, so unlike Torrents, you're downloading the files from a more centralized location. They also mask the data being transmitted, so your ISP won't know what it is you're downloading.)

Correct... this is NOT a product endorsement... just a suggestion from an end user that has had to re-do 2FA for multiple services in the past. There are probably other products that backup to the cloud, this is just a personal recommendation for a free tool that has proven to work for me... use whichever 2FA app you are comfortable with.

Select your issue from the list. Read the more detailed list of stuff they will and will not help with, then click the button. Give a detailed write up and provide screenshot and video links if you can. Be patient.

No, they can not help you. Go through the various messages on the board about email addresses... once registered, the email address for your account can't be changed. Period. Next time, double check the info before hitting submit. The loss of your account is unfortunate, you have my sympathies.

My wife just started playing Breath of the Wild and had to hunt and kill some boars for one of the starter quests. She's been vegan for over a decade and was visibly bothered by having to do it. The first one she tried to kill only got a glancing blow, so it ran off into a camp of goblins... "... and they surrounded it, raised their clubs and beat it. I could hear it squealing! And then they all circled around, bent down, and when they stood up, there was nothing there. They ATE IT." (seriously, that's how she told the story.) She's never played any games before that you actually had to hunt down an animal, it's always been monsters and such. I think she's since made Link a vegan unless it's something required to move the game forward. I, on the other hand, will happily hunt the animal into extinction in a game. Haha. It never occurred to me that such a thing just didn't exist in her gaming world.

Totally. I'm loving my journey so far. Sometimes I'll end up spending what little time I have just tweaking my interface and addons, only to realize that I've spent 2 hours doing nothing but that and should probably head to bed so I'm not a zombie the next day. Ha. I doubt I'll ever see the end game content for Vanilla... and I'm ok with that.

My guy is only into the low 20s, so I've got quite a long way to go. I'm ok with waiting a while for a TBC PvE realm. Casual play style + wife + 2 kids + full time job + noobness = minimal progress made when playing. Ha.
