Stranglethorn Fishing Extravaganza The Stranglethorn Fishing Extravaganza is a grand new event set along the coasts of Stranglethorn Vale. At the appropriate time, the shout will ring out across Stranglethorn to bait your hooks and cast your lines! General Savory Deviate Delight has had all effects other than pirate and ninja transformations removed. Consecration and other similar spells can no longer be used by non-PvP flagged players to damage PvP flagged enemies. Players may no longer purchase items that require a PvP rank unless they meet the rank requirement at the time of purchase. NOTE: As per usual, please note that this release is a content update only. Core code bug fixes will come in the next development update. Battlegrounds Battleground "holidays" have been added to Warsong Gulch, Alterac Valley and Arathi Basin. Holidays occur during most weekends, starting on Thursday night at midnight and continuing until Tuesday morning. During a holiday, emissaries from that Battleground will be found in the major cities, and honor/faction rewards for performing objectives in that battleground are increased. The requirement to purchase special Food and Bandage consumables for Warsong Gulch they are now available for use at Friendly. Professions New crafted sets have been added that require reagents found only in Zul'Gurub or through the reputation gained from adventuring therein. Black Lotus is no longer soulbound. Quests A great number of quests and events added to Zul'Gurub. A level 50 class quest has been added for the Rogue (Lord Ravenholdt in Ravenholdt Manor), Priest (Greta Mosshoof in Felwood), and Hunter (Ogtinc in Azshara). Araj the Summoner no longer drops a Corruptor's Scourgestone 100% of the time when killed. The Argent Dawn quest "The Active Agent" now offers a choice of rewards: Seal of the Dawn and Rune of the Dawn. Greetings @Greim Unfortunately old Characters on Stratholme won’t be available until The Burning Crusade gets Released. Nighthaven is a fresh realm with new Characters. There are also no transfers onto Nighthaven. But i hope you have fun on Nighthaven 'til The Burning Crusade is online :) Cheers, Kruxis

Hey @DeathKide ^^ It doesnt matter wich site you are choosing. I choose the Horde because i love the Volkes there. I picked Shamain because hes a showoff badass :D But all you do. Depends on what you prefer. SO my advice. Try both and at least every class to Level 30-40. Then you know what you want ;) Cheers, Kruxis

Hey ho @Alexogam ^^ Please try these steps Method 1: Go to your WoW Vanilla game directory Rightclick the WoW.exe Press "Create Shortcut" Rightclick on the new created shortcut Press "Properties" There are 3 lines on the first page which opens "Type (application)" "Place(the directory Name)" and "Target ("<path>\<WoW Path>\WoW.exe)". Add a "-windowed" without the quotes behind the "Target" WoW.exe (looks like "<path>\<WoW Path>\WoW.exe" -windowed) Now Click apply at the bottom, start the game and try to access the settings Method 2: Follow step 1-5 from Method 1 Click on the tab "Compatibility" Check the box "Run in 640x480 Resolution" Hit apply Run the game and try to access the settings again Don't forget to run both as Administrator. Don't forget also to remove the -windowed or the checkbox after you successfully changes the settings. Unfortunately some times the Servers are Massivly full. Vanilla WoW was/is very popular so in the meantime you should try to play on one of the other Servers (after they started them again) til your Server is free again. Greetings, Kruxis

As Spionida sayd "Then it's being blocked by the school's router/firewall." It happens many times that a School/collegue etc. sets up a "Webfilter" wich filters unwanted content. The only way to go arround is using a VPN because it connects to a Proxy outside of your schoolserver (Rooter -> Proxy -> Network) not like normal (rooter -> Server -> Network). Other way would be asking if your school Serveradministrator grand access to the Elysium Servers. Thats it ^^ Greetings, Kruxis

I have tolook up for the Files. BUT if you download a Vanilla Client (1.12.1) from another source (or install from a Disc). Then the Game is in the, Installed Language. For Example you install the WoW_1.12_deDE client its in German. If you install the WoW_1.12_enUS its in American English. Hope i could answer your question ^^ And as i said i gona look for the Lang-File. Best Regards, Kruxis

Hey ^^ As described on https://elysium-project.org/ the servers are currently offline. They'r working on the Server. They announce it on they'r Discord after the Servers are running again.
