You cannot transfer it to the new server as it's a fresh realm. You need to wait for Stratholme.

Nighthaven is not the merged server. Stratholme is, which isn't up yet.

The issue here is that you're trying to restore your characters from Lights Hope and they've made it difficult to be able to restore your characters The devs are still working on the script to try workaround this. You need to use the same account credentials you log onto LH with. They had an account portal which was temporary and you could disable Geo-IP's and players from here reported that they were able to transfer afterwards. But since they've removed this account portal it's become alot more difficult for you to restore your characters. The forum doesn't use your ingame account, it's seperate.

Go into your WoW folder and look for the WTF folder, this contains all your usernames.

Hmm. Do you have 2fa on your account on lights hope? We are'nt totally sure but we think 2 factor authentication and the geo ip blocks are affecting the restorations.

That's because the merge hasn't finished.

Nighthaven is a new realm, no old characters are on it. Stratholme is the merged realm with all old characters on it. No eta on its release yet

Google Lights Hope and you'll find it

All 3 existing realms (darr,ana,ely) are being merged into Stratholme.

Report him ingame with a ticket. Edited out the name

Try logging into the LH control panel. Disable GEO-ip and 2 factor authentication. Then try transferring your characters. See if that works
