Respawn times for mobs have been increased.

Can you login fine on LH? It uses the credentials for LH. Also go into the account page on LH an disable GEO IP.

The server merges haven't been completed yet. The merged server is Stratholme

Try logging into the LH account page and disable Geo-IP. And see if the transfer works then.

It was possible to create a custom chat channel (with any name) for all players in the world to talk into. It just so happens to be called World here.
