You could be just spam muted by server, please make an in-game ticket and GMs will unmute you. -

There is no ETA on Stratholme yet, but should be soon. If you have access to your email try restoring the password, in case you dont remember username provide me in a private message with your email + a screenshot of it where you have received Elysium email. If you dont have access to your email, there is nothing we can do to help. Also, make sure that you have set your realmlist to Elysiums one. -

Greetings. Forum account is not related to your in-game account. If you are trying to log in your old account it could cause some issues until the Stratholme is released. You might want to make another account to play on Nighthaven if the things above didnt solve the issue -

Greetings. First off you cant try to use /console reloadui command in game and see if that helps. If not, log out, close your client and delete the WDB folder. You can find how to properly do that HERE

Anathema, Elysium and Darrowshire are being merged into one realm - Stratholme (We do not know the ETA yet, but should be soon) and only there you will be able to restore and play your characters. Meanwhile we offer you to make another account and enjoy our new, fresh server realm - Nighthaven.

If you have your emails and usernames resetting/changing the password should work as it is for everyone else. If you are trying to log into your old accounts, there is a chance you will have issues until our new, merged realm is released. You might as well make a new account to play on Nighthaven.

Greetings. First off, your forum account information has nothing to do with your in-game information. Solutions (Only if you have access to the email, if you don't, we can not help you, due to the 3rd parties getting involved): Restore your password - Do not change it right away after the reset. Try to log in with the password provided in your email. If it works and you get to log in, change your password. Please note, that after you have changed your password, you have to to confirm the password change in the email.
