It is not possible to transfer characters between realism/servers. There are no exceptions.

This is a set of specific problems and their solutions. Gnarlpine Necklace/Tallonkai's Jewel The Missing Diplomat - end stages A Terrible Purpose/Nature's Whisper (pre-1.8) A Terrible Purpose/Nature's Whisper (1.8) Gnarlpine Necklace/Tallonkai's Jewel The Gnarlpine Necklace can be buggy. Please delete the WDB folder while exited from the program. On restarting the program, the item should be useable. If it is not, abandon the quest and delete the item. Try it again. If the item contuse to be inactive, make another ticket, mentioning the steps that you have taken. The Missing Diplomat - end stages The last part of the quest is buggy. It requires that you obtain a quest from Archmage Tervosh. He can sometimes be reset. First, try deleting the WDB folder. If that fails, a GM can try to reset this NPC. Make a ticket if this is needed. This may not work. A Terrible Purpose/Nature's Whisper (pre-1.8) The reason that you no longer have that item is that it should not be in-game until patch 1.8. The item was removed from many people's inventories. When the subsequent patch comes, you will be able to complete the quest again and get the item. A Terrible Purpose/Nature's Whisper (1.8) The reason that you no longer have that item is that it should not have been in-game until patch 1.8. The item was removed from many people's inventories and the quest was removed from their record. Now that 1.8 is here there is not, currently, a way to take the quest again, and thus get the item. There are several possibilities. lower levelled characters can not send mail without an attachment; if you send to a large number of recipients, there is a limit to how many of them have unopened mail; if you send a large number of mails, there is a maximum of how many can be unopened - 100; sometimes addons cause issues, try running with none; newly restored or renamed characters can have mail problems for a few days; - wait until the next maintenance restart; sometimes deleting the WDB folder helps; sometimes, just time resolves things.

System messages not showing These are the yellow messages that tell you when friends come on line etc. /roll is another. Often this only affects one character if so, try this solution. Go to the character that had a fault and test it. If you can see a /roll message, it is fixed.

The commonest cause of not being able to set up a guild is having the completed guild charter in any bag except the main backpack. Name conflicts can arise. Charter signers can join another guild. Check all these things. If you still have a problem, ask again stating what you have tried/checked.

From time to time, characters log on and find themselves with a debuff that they should not have. Typically these are Resurrection Sickness and Deserter debuffs. This is a bug. Resurrection Sickness Often the easiest thing to do is to die. This often resets the timer to a normal level. If you do not wish to do that or it fails to work, please see below. Deserter and other debuffs. These can be removed by a GM. However, you will have to be on-line for this to happen. Please make a new ticket when you are next on-line so that the GM can tell that you are available. If you are playing on an alt, write the name on the ticket so that we can ask you to log onto the correct character. It is suggested that you delete the ticket when you go off-line and add another when you return.
