Hi Larkfeast, Our only server at this point is Nighthaven, character transfers are not allowed as it is a fresh realm and everyone had to start from scratch. Feel free to send me a message if you have more questions. Best of luck. :)

If you can not find your character in game, that is because you can not use it at the given moment, but you will be able to do so in future on our TBC server.

Hi Boredmad, This is a well known issue and it has been happening for years on private servers, it's nothing new. It is really easy to spot that it's fake, but unfortunately some inexperienced players always fall for it. Each and every player is responsible for keeping their account safe and secure. We do everything we can on our end, we even broadcast system messages every now and then to warn players about the ongoing issues.

Hi ojayokay, You can restore your password here CLICK, but there is no way to restore your email. You should've written your account info down as soon as you created it, it is very important to do so in order to prevent losing your data. Create a new account and join us on Nighthaven, it is a fresh realm. :)

Hi Bilbo, Did you try restarting your client? Try cleaning your WDB folder, what addons are you using?

Use them wisely. :)

Once we release our TBC server you will be able to copy your old characters and play on them there. But again, as I said, you can not use them on Nighthaven for the time being, which does not necessarily mean you won't be able to do so once progress ends. I hope you understand now. :)
