Of course the numbers are changing rapidly throughout the day, that's the fact and am not claiming otherwise. Your claim that there is more than 4000 players at peak times ONLY AT SAT/SUN is wrong. I will screen shot and upload the numbers at peak time tommorow (Monday) and you will see who's right mate. No point in trying to prove you're right when you are clearly not. :) p.s. the server reached a new peak of 5000+ today.

Nighthaven is a fast progression realm, meaning it will evolve to TBC expansion eventually.

Everyday there is 4000+ players online, you just need to check at the right time, this is not something we should argue about, that's the fact.

There is usally around 4500 at peak time so far. But the server is new, and in my opinion poulation could grow some more. 5500-6000 online at peak time would be the sweet spot in my book.

It is a PVP realm, which is something very common nowadays.

Torrent works just fine, it is the exact same version of WoW you need to play on this server.

Repeated violation = doing a specific violation more than once even though you've been warned. Multiple violations = to my understanding this is basically violating the terms in more than one way. Could be wrong though, but they are pretty much self explanatory.

Vanilla > TBC. But to each their own. I like this server, and I would be really happy if this server progressed to end of vanilla at 1.12 over the course of, let's say, a year, but only if it stayed that way, so no further progress to TBC. Otherwise I'd prefer 2 years for sure. I may be wrong, but I think the huge majority of people playing on this server, myself included, are here for the Vanilla experience, and absolutely do not want TBC or want Vanilla to last for more than a year if TBC progress is absolutely inevitable. However, I think that a TBC realm should be created for those who want to play TBC, because if a majority of people vote for this realm to stay true vanilla, I see no point in devs forcing TBC progress. But then again, I'll support their decision.

Months will pass before you hit 60, so don't worry about that and play the class you enjoy the most because at the end of the day we're here to have fun. Regardless of the class/spec you're playing, there's always a spot for a good player, just make sure when the time comes you're in a good guild. :)

Good luck mate. This is an awesome server, you will realize that pretty soon. Population is really high. Low lvl zones are crowded to a point where some quests are hard to complete due to competition. Best of luck.

While I understand that we are all different and have different ideas and preferences, I do not see the point of this thread. This is a blizzlike server, true vanilla experience in every sense of the word, it is 1x and it will stay that way. Now, I get that for some people higher rates would be far more enjoyable, but then again, you're playing on a wrong realm if that's the case. There's plenty of other servers with higher rates. Population is strong with approximately 4000 players whenever I check. That's a pretty good number considering this is vanilla and world is much smaller (compared to, for an instance, the most popular Warmane blizzlike x1 wotlk server Lordaeron which has 5k at peak time). Now, the blizzlike experience is what I'm here for. I like the struggle, slow paced progress, having to group up for alot of quests. I love how people are trying to sell all the junk they loot, even if it is just for a silver or two. Everything is awesome as it is, I really would not change a thing, this is vanilla I remember back in the day. I will definetly support this server with donations once they open their shop. The bottom line is, it is not possible to please everyone, but if you feel you want something different, be it higher rates or anything else, you're on a wrong server. Not because I said so, but because this server is a resemblence of a blizzlike vanilla, and it will stay that way.

Tbh, you can not really go wrong. Horde or Alliance, you'll have a blast, not sure about the actual ratio, but both sides will fulfill your needs. No worries. :) Class wise, again, pick what you like. Just a heads up, there's so many warriors and mages from what I've seen. Best of luck.
