We do not delete accounts, have you created any characters on those accounts?

World PvP has always been a big part of Vanilla WoW. Unfortunately, not every fight is "fair" and higher level characters kill lower level characters very often. While it certainly is not nice, it is not exactly something that breaks any rules. You will just have to deal with it from time to time and find your way around it.

Just wait for a while and try again. You get locked out automatically after failing to log in too many times due to wrong account info in a short time span.

@Notvanillawow If you have any solid proof that they are buying gold, feel free to send it to me via pm, we will look into it and act accordingly. If you do not, please stop calling them out, or any other players for that matter. You've opened multiple threads regarding this "issue" and now you brought that here without providing any proof. Forums are not here to name and shame, especially if you can not really back your story up. Just because they are buying this or that does not necessarily mean they've been buying gold. Simple as that. :)

You'll be able to use them once we release our TBC server. There is no eta on when that's going to be, but it certainly won't be before Nighthaven reaches the end of its progression through patches.

You can submit any bugs you come across to our Github. They should not be reported on forum or to GMs via in game tickets.

Please refrain from opening multiple threads with the same question in the future. You can not play your old character on Nighthaven because it is a fresh server and character restorations are not allowed, everyone had to start from scratch. You will, however, still be able to use your character at some point in future (TBC). If you wish to play on Nighthaven you'll have to create a new character just as everyone else. Best of luck.

I would just like to point out that it is not a faction related problem. To be more specific, alliance has the same problem. Regardless of the faction you're playing with the matchmaking system we currently have in place, whenever you solo queue you will most likely end up in a pug group with the premade on the other side.

You can not play on any character that was not created on Nighthaven server. If you want to play on Nighthaven, you should create a new character. Once we release our TBC server you will be able to copy that character over to TBC and continue playing there. I hope you finally understand now. Best of luck. :)

If your characters were not created on Nighthaven server (released on November 5th, 2017) you can not play them at the moment.

Long story short, Nighthaven is a few months old server and everyone had to start from scratch. Feel free to browse through our homepage for more info, it has all the updates starting from 18 / 10 / 2017 (scroll all the way down). You have two options: 1) create a new character on Nighthaven. 2) wait for our TBC server and then transfer your old character over there.

Hey Keltuzam, if your character was not created on Nighthaven server, you can not use it at the moment as character restorations to Nighthaven are not allowed.

There is no date set in stone, but it most likely won't be released before Nighthaven reaches the end of its progression.

We do not currently have authenticator in place.

I do not personally think things will change much for us, if it all. I mean, people are usually hyped whenever there is a fresh project and they want to take part in it but that's about it. As soon as the initial "omg kronos3 is here" hype is over, things will settle down. I believe Classic community is big enough to make multiple vanilla servers populated enough to be enjoyable, especially with the extra hype coming from Blizzard classic servers announcement.
