You can not use your old characters at the moment. You will be able to use them again on our TBC server (when Nighthaven reaches the end of its progression through patches). Right now, Nighthaven is our only server and it is currently in patch 1.6. No character transfers and restorations were allowed, everyone had to start a new character. We do not send out account names. Usually when you create a new account for something you want to write the account info down immediately to prevent situations like this from happening, it's pretty much common sense. :)

We do not recover account names. Each and every player is responsible for keeping their account info safe and secure. You would not be able to use any of your old characters at this point anyway since character transfer and/or restorations are not allowed on Nighthaven server. If you wish to play here, your best bet is to simply create a new account. :)

Most of the games you solo queue for and get a pug team you will lose. Mainly because there is a high chance you'll get a premade team on the other side. Even if you do not, there's usually very little to no communication and teamwork in pug groups, and as soon as the enemy team captures the first flag, people start to flame each other and the game is as good as over. You may get lucky here and there and get a decent pug team with some skilled players who are solo queueing as well, but that won't happen very often. It has nothing to do with the faction you're playing, horde pugs will complain they lose all the time and alliance pugs will do the same. Again, there will always be some exceptions, but most pug games will result in a heavy loss, it's coming from personal Vanilla experience. If you're trying to farm some honor or rank, get yourself a good group of people, it will be much more enjoyable and efficient. :)

There are addons out there (such as https://github.com/Orukxu/SpamThrottle) that will virtually bring down spam messages to zero.

Each season? That would not be Vanilla. "Once a week, during server maintenance, your gathered Honor Contribution Points are used to recalculate your "rating" or Ranking Points (RP). Your new rating is calculated as an average of your previous rating and your standing relative to the other players on your server during the previous week." Back in Vanilla honor calculation was done on a weekly basis.

Did you create seperate game account? Some people get confused and they try to log in with their forum account info. Please note that you need both forum and game account.

Weekly honor reset is taking place at ~2am/02:00 server time on Wednesday.

Character restorations to Nighthaven server are not possible. If you want to play there, you will have to create a new character.

We are releasing patch 1.6 at 12am server time. That being said, they are not available just yet. :)

Forum account and in game account are two seperate accounts. You are responsible for keeping your account safe and secure, we can not do that for you. First thing you should do when you create an account is to write your account info down as soon as possible.

As you said, that would not be Blizzlike and we strive toward keeping things as Blizzlike as possible. On a bright side, Battlemasters will be introduced tommorow with the patch 1.6, so you will be able to queue from your faction's major city, instead of running all the way to bg portals.

I fully understand your frustration, I really do. Getting ganked can be a true pain sometimes. However, this is a PvP server and it will stay that way. You'll have to find your way around just like everyone else if you wish to continue playing here. When playing on a PvP server accepting the fact you're going to get ganked, killed and camped at some point is a must.

I would say 18-21 ST, especially at Friday/Sat/Sun. At the moment there's usually like 3500-4000 people online at that time, give or take.

What server was your shaman on?

No, they would not. I have both versions of the game myself, there should be no problems. Just download your 1.12.1 client from one of the links we provided and you'll be ok. :)
