It is not possible to use any of your characters on Nighthaven at the given moment. If you wish to play on our server, you will have to create a new character. Best of luck. :)

Yes, that is the case. We will release a BC realm in the future and you will be able to copy your character from Nighthaven and continue playing there. Nighthaven is obviously still going to be here for those who want to continue playing vanilla.

Click the red question mark (?) next to main menu button > Issues that GMs can assist with > Character > Report character issue > Describe your question > Submit. Once you've completed all the steps, wait for one of our GMs to get back to you.

Server population is usually pretty high in the afternoon (server time) when people get home from school, work etc (3500-4000), and it peaks at 19-23 (server time) with approximately 4000 - 4500 players. Population is highest at Sat/Sun with 4500+ players online.

Please open an in game ticket and one of our GMs will look into it as soon as possible. It is possible that something you said triggered our anti spam filters.

Your forum account and your game account are two seperate accounts. You can't log in to a game with your forum account and the vice versa. Create a game account and log-in. :)

Looks like you have two quest items in your bag, delete one of them and talk to an npc again. :)

If your accounts were banned permanently due to multiboxing, you are not going to be able to play on them ever again. You can always open a ban appeal in the corresponding forum section to see if that was the case. Good luck, pio1! :)

That is because your in game account is not a forum account. You need to create a forum account separately.

Hi Ellis, Looks like you have been hacked, most likely because you visited one of the fake websites claiming you'll get free gold, items etc. You can open a ticket in game, but unfortunately am afraid there is not much we can do. Each and every player is responsible for keeping their account secure.

Please note that you have to create both forum and in game account separately. If you're trying to log in using your forum credentials you won't be able to do so.

Hi Trenbolone, unfortunately we can not transfer your character over to Nighthaven, because we do not allow transfers, everyone had to start from scratch. That should not be a problem for you though, since you're playing with friends. Enjoy your stay on Nighthaven! :)
