Webzerg 0 Report post Posted September 5, 2016 Just letting you know that the demon pets (only tried the imp and voidwalker) wont work correctly. The passive/defensive/aggressive stances is flawed, meaning that when passive stance is used in battle it should make the demon disengange and come to the player, but it doesnt. Using attack wont always work until I move the demon.
Pottu 290 Report post Posted September 8, 2016 Unfortunately that is not how the pet commands work in vanilla. The aggressive/defensive/passive stance is just that - a stance. It only dictates how the pet reacts to mobs when outside of combat. It has no bearing on what a pet does once it is in combat already. To disengage a pet from a mob, you must use the command "follow" to make the pet come to you. To avoid the pet from immediately re-attacking, it is a good idea to make a macro that switches to passive stance and orders it to follow in one push of a button. To reiterate: the stance does not affect pet while it is already fighting.
