500 Internal Server Error when adding bug reports.

Hey all, I've been adding bugs to the bug tracker for the last few days and it's been going fine. But just recently I've been getting a 500 error whenever I attempt to submit them. It's been happening for about a day now and I've done all I can think of on my side. Anyone else been having the same problem?

I had this problem a few days ago and contacted a GM (Snow I think) who was able to resolve it.

I see this problem so many times when i check posted bugs, around 10 bug reports i can't see on new Bug Tracker.
