logon is not valid

whenever i try to log on it says "the information you have entered is not valid" what am i doing wrong pls help

Had this same issue.  Tried to log in from multiple accounts and kept getting 10 minute IP bans for incorrect information.  Tried copy-paste and caps locks toggle method, but still could never log on.  Please advise.

Same problem with me, made several new accounts, changed my DNS to the Google DNS & use several different variations of my password(s). Nothing has worked. I've checked my realmlist multiple times & everything is correct.

Is the client you are using a new, clean version?

Please make sure that your account name and password are both max 15 characters.

Yes, installed a brand new clean version this week and both my username and password were under 15 characters.

Hm.  If you sucessfully created a new account for the second stress test, not much else it can be other than improper credentials.  I can't think of anything else.  I suggest waiting until stress test 3, and creating a new account at that time.

You know, I guess you could also check the config file, and make sure that "set realmname" and/or "set realmlist" doesn't have some other incorrect server name.  I don't think that would give ya  the incorrect credentials thingie, could I guess.

Yeah, I'll check it again in ST #3.  The first was fine, so I can only guess it was an anomaly or some sort of error on my part.  Thanks.
