Other than looking for individual recruits, we are also taking in larger group of players and/or looking for possible guild partnership - merge. Recent events that led to severe server population drop, combined with unsuccessful community expansion and some of our long term members quitting the game - left us in gaming limbo - we cant raid(at least in way we would like) nor can we quit this project. Therefore we are currently taking larger group of players, and are open to a possible merge with another guild(terms to be discussed). In fact we were also among top 5 guilds on alliance side since we started, and held third spot in last few months prior to shut down. Some of our members were constantly in top 10 performers regarding their classes. nyka 0 Report post Posted December 16, 2016 Because quite frankly, vanilla raiding is not complicated or challenging in any way or form, nor does it require constant communication (from most of the raid that is) Since there are only few actual 'try hard' guilds pushing for fastest/first clears (which is the only challenge there is) and rest are below any proper raiding standarts but only doing 'roleplay raiding' i dont really see the point of 'serious recruitment' and interviews. Availability and some experience in warcraft should be only requirements to join generic 'vanilla' raid guild. Imagine if McDonalds required you to suit up, and pass multiple round interviews which are not related to job whatsoever. Thats my point. Thank you for your input Athero, we value your opinion on the matter. It would appear we dont share same ideas, and that is completely alright. Ultimate goal for us is to have fun, build ties and progress as a community, and what is fun for somebody is after all a completely subjective question. To each its own. Chimaera guild and myself wish you best luck in finding a guild which will suit you best, in case you are still searching.
