How do we get our old character back for the reopening?

As the title asks. Back on Nost I had a Paladin who I was still leveling when it closed down but I want to continue to play her once it reopens... How do I go about doing that?

Only the release has been announced. The staff has said more information will be released later this week. I'm sure that will include how to create your account here and merge your Nostalrius account.
