Hello, i am having troubles with the installation of the game. i have followed all of your steps right until the end. however, it seems to come up with messages saying ''The program can't start because Fmod.dll is missing from your computer'' and '' DivxDecoder.dll is missing...'' i was wondering if you can help me out here, thanks.

for how to find DirectX9 as your issues sounds like one You should update your video card drivers as well.
