This also means that during the main raid everyone is focused and determined. Our goal is not to be the server's best, because the majority of us are not basement-dwellers. That being said we want to down some bosses, get phat loot and have a good progress, so our time spend with the main raid should be used as best as possible. What has changed First of all, we got some new loot rules. We are going to use loot council, because with the DKP-system the officers spent way too much time sorting it. So we will have a fair loot council. In ZG, however, many items will be rolled for, unless they are BiS items. More on this in the section dedictated to the Loot Council. Role Leaders We are going to have a smaller group of leaders and officers, because in the first incarnation of Rage, with 9-11 people in the group of leaders, we were weighed down by the bureacracy of getting things done. This time around we have 3 officers, 3 Role leaders (Physical DPS Leader, Magical DPS Leader and Heal leader). The Role Leaders will be in charge of recruiting the classes they are in charge of and they are going to help others preform better, and explain what thier job is during the raids. We don't want people not knowing what to do in a given raid, so there will be a write-up for each boss in all the raid dungeons. A Role Leader will also be in charge of who gets which items, so impressing your RL is very important! Raidleaders Are going to be Joolian and Renamed, however any officer/role leader should be able to lead raids in ZG/AQ20. Officers Will be in charge of everyday stuff and are the go-to guys for any and all questions not class-related. Guildmaster The third part of the officer group, with the final word in any discussion when needed. Now you might ask, what about the old officers? They are going to be Raiders. They are people we will still rely on for a lot of things. However we dont want to make a special rank, we want all raiders to be equal. As the leading crew of Rage we are always open to talk about what we think and what is going to happen with the guild going forward. After every officer meeting we gonna post our ideas and what we talked about on the forum. How is the raiding going to start, and when? Our plan with raids and when the server starts is as follows: We want to do ZG and Onyxia as a warm-up while we finalize the roster. When we have enough people we will ransack Molten Core for all valuables, with BWL being the next target. We are not going to make the social/alt raid to begin with, however if its a desire that the guild wants we will definitely look further into it. The expected raid days for the main raid are going to be Saturday+Sunday, when BWL and MC are cleared in one night again, we are going to clear both in one evening.
