Is Flametongue weapon supposed to proc Elemental Focus (Clearcasting) ?

Hi,

 

After reading some threads about Shaman leveling, some people are arguing that Flametongue weapon enchant is proccing the Elemental Focus talent (Clearcasting state). Thus the fast 1H + Flametongue combo become pretty good.

 

Is that really how it worked on Nostalrius ?

if thats how its suppose to be, then nost gms will make sure that it works, am sure they have a log of all the bugs.

P.S ive had the same question for weeks now, i have a 60 shaman on kronos, and i tested this but it never procd. duno if its a bug or not.

sorry no idea.. i do know that "fire flower" cant remember the name, did more dmg with SP   so that flower buff was OP for shamans.

It's a weapon proc, not a spellcast, so it shouldn't be proccing it.
