"Note: you must not have any characters on your account/You must use the same IP"

I'm getting the following message when I try entering my token.. I have 2 separate accounts with 1 character on each, and I'm getting the same message from both tokens. I've tried incognito mode, no luck.. Any suggestions?

 

To transfer your Nostalrius characters, you need to retrieve the Nostalrius token available on Nostalrius website and enter it below.
Note: you must not have any characters on your account.

You must use the same IP to generate and consume the token.

For me, as has been said elsewhere:  using Chrome in incognito mode with all extensions turned off did the trick.

 

Turning off the extensions worked for me too.. Cheers!

If any other got the same problem there is also another solution:

 

For me and a guildmate token transfer worked ONLY BY USING MOBILE PHONE... we tried everything yesterday but can´t transfer the token to elysium.

So when we did it at the mobile phone, it worked instant :D
