Traveling Expat... Different Ip between US / HK

I live abroad, and travel home every so often.  Before Nost shut down I was primarily playing in the US, the account of course was created here in Hong Kong.  But, I have now returned back to Hong Kong and my IPs change.  It is me of course playing with the same PC / Mac address / Identity of PC but I travel.  

 

How will this affect me and my account for gameplay?  Is there something I need to do to notify Admins about this account if I move ?  How do I avoid being banned?  These are questions and big issues that have yet to be addressed for the Expat community.
