Cant log in into my Elysium account! :(

Hey there, i started today to create a empty account and transfered my Nost data to the new server with my Email im using for the other account !

so my problem is that i cant log in to my elysium account I know my email and my Account name with 100% certainty! 
I tried all possible passwords and none worked.


Can some of the GMs may help me??

I'm not a GM but I can certainly try to help.

 

Could you tell me where you're trying to log into? Control panel? In-game client?

Sounds like Vtull might be saying he "started creating" the empty account, using the same credentials he would of with his nost account, didn't get the email verification, made his token and deposited it, and is now trying to sign into the new Elysium account with the old credentials.  Maybe?

yep thats it im done with the Nost transfer on a new account ! all fine with it !

afterwards I tried theese steps:

Transfer your old Elysium characters on your empty account:

1. Go to Elysium Transfer page in your account's control panel, here.
2. Fill the form with either your old Username/Password or old Username/Email.
   If your chose Username/Email, you will receive a transfer link via email. Check your spam folder.
3. Your characters are now transferred.

but I cant log in to the controle panel with my Elysium accounts so that i can reactivate them :-(

Did you in fact, create the new Elysium account and at that time, not receive the email verification that was necessary to activate the account?  

 

If you still have the token, you can create a new account on Elysium, get the activation email for elysium, go activate the new elysium account, and then deposit the token.

I seem to be having the same problem. I can obviously log in to my forum account and I have my token recovery email from Nostalrius but whenever I try to log in to the control panel to complete the process I am given an "invalid credentials" error.

Do I have to create a second account for game server access or am I missing something?

You needed to create and verify one new elysium account per account you are transferring.  If you can't login to whatever Elysium account, just make a new one.  Get the verification email and verify that new Elysium account.  THEN, go ahead and transfer in the token.  As long as you gots an unused token, you can make this work.

 

Oh and...just incase you're making this mistake:  Forum accounts are not game accounts.  two different things : )
