It turns out when I log in to your personal Office (all data correct right) and translate my character it tells me. The information you provided didn't match any account in our database. You must provide a valid username / password, or a valid username / email. Do you think I did not use the instructions? It doesn't help me to avoid the error. The error happens when you press the button to transfer the account Why? They reported me that data is not correct, if I enter the same data in the personal account and the error is not present . I know that it is correct, do you think there could be an error somewhere or somebody could look at it for me as I m not sure where i can to retrieve my characters. Thank you for you help. Thank you for your response Ellipsea, but I know the details are correct and I have tried numerous combinations ( in case i was mistaken ) but i know they are correct as they have been ingrained to memory and written down.. Ellipsea 36 Report post Posted December 15, 2016 Could be your browser. I did everything with all google after messing around with safari and yahoo. I didn't see anyone report browser specific trouble with generating a token, but..I used gmail and google chrome in incognito mode with all extensions turned off after having problems at the very beginning of this whole process. 0 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Im trying step by step as the site says to make it im verifying it and still doesnt work. Ellipsea 36 Report post Posted December 15, 2016 (edited) this post from flnxls was well received as a solution to get the elsium confirmation email to make it to your email address update: it looks like there is a bug in their code that registers accounts and sends out emails. Work around I found: 1) register account 2) click control panel to go to log in screen 3) click "forgot password" 4) it will successfully send a password reset email 5) click the link, you can use the same password as before 6) log in and click "resend activation email" Aside from that, I had no problems with email verification at gmail.
