Merrin 0 Report post Posted December 15, 2016 Hey all - Brand new here, very excited to re-create my old holy priest and bubble-wand my way to 60 again, 10 years later! I'm considering either a human or NE. I'm no min-maxer re: racials, so I'm deciding only based on the lore flavor of the two. My vanilla priest was a NE, but all I really remember of the quests (beside having no clue what I was doing) was getting swarmed by ashenvale bear herds, endlessly grinding centaurs in desolace, and those *long* unromantic walks on the beach in darkshore. My question - what did people prefer / remember, story & lore wise? Human zones - > STV - > lordaeron zones? or the usual NE romp on kalimdor? PS - don't gank lowbie priests! Zealotz 0 Report post Posted December 15, 2016 Pick up what you prefer yourself !But if you ask my opinion I've always preferred humans for Westfall, Duskwood and Redridge Mountains. You could go there as a NE if you want, it's easy.Kalimdor is better with a Horde toon, flavor wise, with the Barrens and the Tauren/Orc starting zones. 0 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Danko 1 Report post Posted December 15, 2016 If you want to roll a female, roll a nelf, according to lore only females can be priestesses in the nelf society. As for human, i think they are mostly paladins as far as i know, but they can also be priests. Allrighty then, I admit I like huts, spice it up with a dwarf maybe? Fear ward is pretty nice for PvP. For leveling I'd take the tram to Stormwind and level in Elwynn. Don't know that much about lore. Just handing out ideas.
