No response from Administration regarding Theft of account yet

Hi there, i am simply writing because i am very nervous since the launch is in 2 Days and i still haven't gotten a response on my "Contact the administration" post, because my account was stolen. I talked to a friend of mine who had gotten response, and i am just so worried that the launch will happen and some dude is taking my account, and then its too late to do something perhabs..

 

Any tips? I really need help, and it is so frustrating to see that your post has been viewed a couple of times but no one answers, makes me wonder if they are just ignoring it?

I'm imagining it takes some time to go through each one and there's probably a decent amount of them.  I wouldn't be surpried if the initial clump of folks that have made claims will take well beyond the launch date to go through.  Not to mention all the new claims that will be coming in for a long time to come.

Thanks for the responds! I have gotten an answer, and they needed more information, so i have done as you also said, updated my request, and i think it should be fine now!
