Wrong IP?

After I copy paste my nost token into the box and click transfer i get an error "You must use the same IP to generate and consume the token" can anyone tell me whats up?, I'm not using a new IP.

Your browser is the issue.  Make sure you use the same web browser but you may need to turn on Incognito mode if using Chrome.  Firefox is iffy at best.

Yes or IE.   Firefox does a lot of odd things to your IP and the site may think it is coming from an alternate source when you open a new tab.

Hi again, IE didn't work unfortunately, i guess i'll try chrome?

Try using Incognito mode with Chrome.  Make sure it is on the same computer and within the same browser window, don't have multiple browser windows open, just multiple tabs.

Naw that didn't work either unfortunately, would it be because the servers are not online?, i hope i can get my toon back

Do it from your phone then.

Make sure your phone isn't connected to your WiFi.   Restart your phone and try once more.  If you still have issues, with IP address, I'm fresh out of ideas.

 

You are generating a new token when doing these troubleshooting steps right?  Not trying to use the same old token?

No, I figured i got one token and one token only. I have requested more but it took over 8 hours to get the first one. il request again and wait, then try again. thanks for the help
