I keep getting this message "the information you have entered is not valid.........." despite I am pretty sure I entered the correct information and I am able to log on to the forums.

Same here. many people having this problem. but worry not, 50k ppl trying to log on to a 5k server is going to cause alot of problems.

I have this problem too. 

 

I entered my token code onto my old Nost account that has my characters on it instead of using it on a fresh account. And I cannot login with my old nost data. I made a fresh account but cannot use my token on it cause it's already been used. Help pl0x

Just to be sure (stupid question here):

 

Is the forum account name/pass the same I must use for loging into the server? Don't see other options so it must be, but 8 hours with this issue are starting to worry me.

Friend is getting this same error.  He logged into control panel yesterday and saw all his characters, now he can't log into control panel, or into the wow client.  Tried resetting his password but not receiving any password reset emails.

 

Anyone else still having problems?

I did the same thing, we used our token code on our old nost account instead of using it on a completely newly made Elysium account. We need our token reset so we can use it once again on our newly made account.
