I'm not recieving my elysium account confirmation e-mail

hello I'm trying to transfer my character from nostalrius to elysium and i did every part, but i'm not getting the email to confirm my account for elysium, i've tried resending it 3 times and i've checked my junk and everything but i'm not getting it.... what should I do?

The E-mail server may be experiencing a bit of lag today, however an E-mail should be dispatched in as little as instantly, to as long as 10 minutes.  If it's been over 10 minutes and you haven't noticed an E-mail having been received, check your SPAM folder, as I can confirm that at least Gmail is actively sending Elysium password reset E-mails received to the SPAM folder on your inbox.

 

Be sure and check it and let us know if this doesn't resolve your problem!

Hey, thanks but it's been over 2 hours right now hahaha, I've checked my SPAM folder, i relogged, refreshed I did everything but i'm still not receiving the email : / I've received the nostalrius token email in my SPAM folder but i havent received the elysium confirmation email and it's annoying me : ( thanks for the reply

This one is simple. For some reason, certain email addresses do not receive confirmation emails. My main one for example ended in @socal.rr.com. I was not getting confirm emails either for the forum registration or for the game account. Solution is to create a different type of an email account. I created a Google account and got the registration email almost immediately.

Did all the aforementioned fixes, still nothing. This account is the second account i tried to make, figuring before i even came here that Gmail might work where AOL didn't. I was wrong. the account has had 3 separate attempts to send conf email to this gmail account and I still haven't received it.

 

Edit: I received my verification for the forum account, but not for the Elysium account.

 

 

any ideas?

I'm having the same issue.

I mainly used hotmail accounts for elysium en forum registration but I did not receive the validation e-mail for either. Then I created a new gmail account and went through both registration processes and I only received the validation mail for the forum registration.

I've also tried the work-around by resetting the password in the control panel, but I'm not receiving that one either. before that I also whitelisted [email protected] and .org.

So now I'm still waiting. Hoping to get a validation email someday...

As i said, back to the 90's ... a script or server who is NOT accepting or CANT handle all types of domain endings is just ridiculous!

And all who extra register a google(!) email: victims!

 

Its not OUR job to fix THEIR system/problems ... they should finally fix their servers so we ALL we get simple verification emails.

Ok it seems to work for me now, although it was quite the error on my part.

 

I tried registering on elysium with a new gmail account and then stumbled upon the little minigame with the captcha... whereas I just marked it and clicked 'register' immediatly, that way not getting the pop-up window from the captcha. So I did the minigame and pressed register and now I received the validation email.

 

I'm quite shamed by this, but I have no experience with captcha's and perhaps there are others who are making the same mistake that are hopefully helped along by this.

Solved my issue by changing the e-mail I was trying to use and using the gmail instead.

Okay so update, i got a validation email now, it appears as if i had to use a different internet browser as the captcha wasn`t showing, what the person said before me is quite accurate.

There should be a window that pop up window once you tick the captcha confirmation box, if you are just able to skip past that step then you might consider using a different browser.
