Imported token but no nostalrius characters.

Title says it all. I imported my token but I can not see any of my characters. Seems a lot of people are having the same issue. Nostalrius PVP is the realm and I'm missing my Characters.

I have managed to create a character on the pvp realm. Can't login due to traffic so I stopped trying for fear of congesting it more. I hope my characters can be recovered. Lost a level 60 and a mage around 40.

Same thing happened to me I went thru the steps the website says "done" on the transfer token part but when i get to character selection screen there is nothing...  very frustrating

I cant figure out a way to re do the token. Anyone have a suggestion ? if I could just retry maybe it would work but the control panel does not seem to have any options for this   or anything..

Same problem here.  When transfers were open I git a message that said it was completed successfully.  I don't see my nost character on the PVP realm right now  Please help me.  Thanks

 

Update: My elysium user page now says "Your transfer was successful! However, it seems the account you just transferred has no characters on it!"  I had a lvl 60 rogue that I would like to transfer.

My friend has this problem but I don't.  The only difference between what he did and I did on the token page is I put in my email address AND password to generate my token for transfer and he only put in his password.  I don't know if that could make a difference or not but maybe this information will help the troubleshooting process.

I'm having this issue as well. Put my token in earlier this morning when server went live but still nothing. Hopefully it's just a small issue and my character isn't gone forever.

Same problem here. Redeemed token, and only got 1 of two chars recovered. I tried creating a new char with my old nost name and it is allready taken.

 

my lowbie druid got transfered with no problems at all tough.

I also have ticket in the "contact an admin" however I've ever posted solo in the Help section. Im hoping for a GM response to this, as ive seen alot of posts with people that have this same problem ! although glad its not only me, I just hope there is a solution that involves getting the characters back! even just some time frame would be appreciated.
