Imported token but no nostalrius characters.

    I too have this problem.It told me that the transfer was successful.However,instead of my level 60 warlock I have a level 1 warlock.Any updates on this?

Happening to me as well. I only had a gnome rogue around level 20, but my friend was able to find my character on the online db I wonder if it didn't transfer over successfully. His characters transferred fine as well and we play together usually/ play near each other. Unfortunately for now it's just the wait in your tears game boys :'C.

 

Character name = Gitgudkid Level 24 Gnome Rogue (I can't remember the level exactly it has been over a year)

Have the same problem. My transfert nost acc is empty and my level 60 is gone. But the transfere from elysium acc to new nost acc is without problems. Pls help!

I think this might be related with the PVP server coming online some hours after the PVE one. I created just two level 1 characters to see how the PVE server was going for few minutes but then remembered my account should have been EMPTY for the transfer to take place, so I deleted them. Of course can't reuse token and now have nothing on the PVP server, even though it says the transfer was succesfull.

 

I had a lv 60 orc warrior, a 15ish Hunter, a 20ish Mage and a bank character. Also, names are already taken.

@Sheriff, you see, i have characters missing from Nost PVE, logged in there first hoping to see my characters and nothing.

Same Issue here only my 2 pvp characters got transferred.

 

Coldhoof - 35 Druid

Noejaws - 6 Priest

 

But my pve character didn't

 

Coldhoof (Or Carehoof, I cant remember its been 8 months) - 60 Druid

Sadsad I got the same issue here, imported token but got 2 characters missing. Glad i'm not the only one.

Would be nice to have some kind of communication about this, I tried also on twitter but nothing. I understand the amount of work must be overwhelming right now, but just knowing that they are aware of this issue will lit a spark of hope .

After the Transfer failed for several hours it was finally successfull. But now it says : Your transfer was successful!
However, it seems the account you just transferred has no characters on it!

I Had 2 60s 2 Bankchars and 1 lvl 20 char on it. I hope those charackters can be restored

Same problem here for me. After several Oops an error occured, the transfer finally worked but now it says :Your transfer was successful!

Plus i was 59 level and 50.  Im wearing a chest that requires 51 lvl........
