Nexus Crystals changed to Large Brilliant Shards

I know you guys have a lot going on with the server, but I just wanted to mention that our guild bank originally had 408 nexus crystals (I have a picture to back this up) and those have now been turned into 399 Large Brilliant Shards.

 

If you can help me to know the process of getting the nexus crystals back, I would be very grateful

Nexus Crystals were introduced in patch 1.9.

 

Considering that the Nostalrius PvP realm is currently in patch 1.8 and the PvE realm is in patch 1.5, I think this is an intentional change to revert Elysium items to a previous patch.

That doesn't seem fair, seeing as people have bought nexus crystal during nost for aprox 10-12gold in have in advance for the enchants that would come later in vannila only to now have large brilliant shards worth 3-4g instead. i personally had 100nexus crystal in my bank witch now are shards instead, resulting in a loss of approximately 600gold. 

I hope the elysium team will be fix this eventually

Many many people were screwed because of this "change." However, it is fair as it is not nost and have chosen to try to be even more true to the patch notes than nost. This is a stylistic choice on leading the server, and, even I who lost about as much as you with this (a little less around 70-80 nexus), can agree with.

Our guild also had a couple hundred Nexus Crystals stashed ready for the future from disenchanting in raids, but now they are no more :-(
I mean, that was Nostalrius and they were available to us. More and more proof of "this is Elysium, with our Nostalrius characters only". I would rather have that than nothing at all like before, but it is a bit of a setback and I am sure it will not be the only one. You are not alone in noticing the lack of Nexus Crystals.

Unfortunately, as has been mentioned, we decided to make 1.8 as accurate as possible and downgrade Nexus Crystals to Large Brilliant Shards. I'm sorry to hear people may have lost some gold in the process, however, we are trying to make Elysium as accurate as possible to the original vanilla patch progression.
