Missing Items from Nostal (from PRIOR to notification)

Hi Elysium Staff,

 

However, I have noticed that I am missing Don Julio's band and Boots of the Shadow Flame on my Nostalrius character.

 

Below is a realmplayers link to show that I received loot prior to Nostalrius announcement re closure (as I recall). NB: Boots of Shadow Flame and Don Julio's band. I have screenshots of this page also.

You will note on Realmplayers that I have received Boots of the Shadow Flame, Don Julio's Band AND Blastershot Launcher. I presently have Blastershot Launcher in my bags (ask if you want a screenshot of this), but not the other two items. You should have pity as I just lost Zulian Cloak thanks to rollback on new Nost

I was responded to on this a GM in another thread, but he didn't seem to understand the issue and responded cryptically. I explained the situation to him again.

 

"I'm Sorry Mesh, but what you are saying does not make any sense.

 

The snapshot is from a few weeks before shutdown, and I do indeed recall what I had in the last days. The items, including those I note above (Don Julio/Boots), are shown in the snapshot. However, despite previously having these two items well before shutdown, I no longer have them on Elysium/Nostalrius 2. Another item (Blastershot Launcher) that I received at the same time as, or after, the two items I refer to above, IS in my inventory currently on Elysium/Nostalrius 2. Does this make sense?

I'm hoping that they can continue to look into this to avoid items which were legitimately obtained before announcement/shutdown.

Elysium is not reimbursing items that people believe are missing from the transfers. The transfers were a snapshot, there was no missing data. At the time of the snapshot you clearly did not have those items.

As a result you won't be getting any of this returned.
