Changing Account Password and Email address?

One of my friends are having some manage trouble with creating an account, and getting on the server. So I made  one for him, with a dummy email and password, thinking he could just change it. However all that seems to be avaliable in account management is "transfer from Nost or Elysium" and donation.

 

How the hell do you switch email and password?
