Mimma 10 Report post Posted December 20, 2016 I can confirm that. Had 0/20 hats and quest complete. At first he would not accept he handing in the quest (despite of the yellow question mark), but after dropping and retaking the quest I could hand it in fine. With 0 hats collected ...
