Nost account transferred, but no characters

It said I have successfully transferred my Nost account but no characters were on my account. I know I didn't get any bans because I was Live at the very end on my character when the server closed down for everyone. What could be the problem, any ideas?

I seem to recall someone else having this problem and although it said no characters were transferred, they had in fact been moved across.

 

Try logging in and see if the characters are there or not.

 

If the problem persists, come back to this thread and bump it with the news.
