Cant join in General chat aka /1

When i'm pressing /1 it's showing me in the chat type /Help etc insted of letting me in general chat. I asked a lot of people inside the game and they don't know whats going on! Need help

same issue here. I was on it just fine then a random dc and now no world chats like general/trade and such and exiting and relogging isn't fixing it.

Type this into chat :

/leave general 
/join general

Now to /1 and it should work !
( I think you can't use /1 untill lvl 5 , so it wont work until then )
