The official statement from Nostalrius' is they don't review old bans (and Elysium can't), so what you write sounds contradictionary to that.

On the 'Reset my Password' screen in the control panel, When I try to send a reset email.

I don't believe I am banned, I never did anything in Nostalrius to get banned and haven't been notified that I am...
